We have decided to design and manufacture a proprietary EFI intake manifold and trigger system for the Nissan/Datsun A series engine.
The lightweight and factory forged internals parts of these engines lend them selves to use in highly modified street cars and race cars.
Above pictured is a intake manifold to suit the oval port H75/H89 factory head but we also have a pattern to suit the smaller and more common round port heads or a custom manifold to suit the rarer A12GX head.
Our goal in the design process is aimed to correct the injector angle of currently available cast/fabricated intake manifolds, through the injector port you can see a straight shot directly to the rear of the valve assisting in vaporising the fuel shot and assisting with low airspeed efficiency.
The throttle body flange allows for both Bosch DBW and cable throttles to be used.
Our Crank trigger system pictured bellow works with a majority of aftermarket ECU’s and is easily adapted to a factory crank pulley without need of moving or replacing any belt driven ancillaries.
The Cam driven trigger can be uses in conjunction or stand alone with the above crank trigger to give full sequential injection and ignition control.
These parts are thoroughly tested on a in house EFI converted car using a Haltech Elite 1500 ECU.
